How does it work?
Six functions, one autonomous cycle
Every Will-Fill device runs the same reliable cycle, whether it's controlling a single machine or a whole cell.
Measuring
Depending on configuration, Will-Fill measures up to 12 parameters — from level and concentration to water pressure and dosing-pump speed — always the same way, for near-zero measurement error.
Analysis
Firmware interprets every reading from the built-in and connected sensors, then sends a notification, calculates the filling parameters (volume & concentration), delays a refill, or adjusts a PID control as needed.
Mixing
Based on the measurement and consequent analysis on the integrated PC, Will-Fill autonomously performs a filling with the exact oil/water ratio required to hold your specified concentration.
Top-Up
Manual intervention is reduced to an absolute minimum. When Will-Fill needs your attention, you're notified by a flashing LED, a buzzer, or an e-mail. All measurement data is converted into graphs for easy spotting of trends and follow-up.
Circulation
Circulation means that Will-Fill periodically re-mixes and aerates the emulsion, prolonging the coolant lifetime. During the filling, however, it means mechanically blending new oil and water into the existing mix for a homogeneous result — even with fluids that are hard to mix.
Data Reporting
Every measurement is logged, giving you the full process history for consumption checks, quality control and standards compliance — locally or on the Will-Fill dashboard. A variety of options is available, each catering to the IT security requirements on site.

For a fully centralized multi-tank cell, Will-Fill AIO supplies up to six machine tanks from one feeding point. The convenience of a single point of concentrate storage and water connection is combined with distribution of the correct mixture for each machine individually.
